Our Leadership

The school leadership team is guided by Mr. Vishal Jajodia, Trustee of the School. His philosophy and vision guide the school principal Ms. Kranti Pawar, who ensures that the Maharashtra Secondary School Curriculum adopts the new NEP 2020, adopting current educational practices to enhance student learning to their optimum capacity. Mr. Vishal Pawar, the school’s executive head, ensures “ethical and human and constitutional values like empathy, respect for others, cleanliness, courtesy, democratic spirit, the spirit of service, respect for public property, scientific temper, liberty, responsibility, pluralism, equality and justice”. (p. 5 NEP 2020). The administrative team led by Mr. Keshav Pawar is responsible for providing robust, transparent processes for recruitment and ensuring all the resources through the school complexes will meet high standards for the safety of all children.
